Essie Serene Slate Collection 2019

Hey guys! I'm back with an amazing collection from Essie. This is a nine piece collection with all neutral toned polishes. I am a huge fan of the color choices for this collection, plus the formulas are amazing!! Let's get swatching!

                                         Generation Zen
A purple toned dark gray/taupe cream. Opaque in one-two coats, great formula.      (swatched in two coats).

On Mute

A classic dark gray cream. Opaque in one-two coats, great formula. (swatched with two coats).

Cause & Reflect

A dark blue leaning teal metallic. Opaque in two coats, good formula. Not a lot of brush strokes.

Toned Down

A medium dusty blue/gray cream. Opaque in one easy coat, amazing formula.

Gadget Free

A slightly purple toned silver metallic. Opaque in two coats, good formula. Not a lot of brush strokes.

Serene Slate

A nice medium gray cream. Opaque in one-two coats, great formula. (Two coats for picture).

Press Pause

A light gray, slightly blue cream. Opaque in two coats, good formula.

Mind-full Meditation

A light pinky nude cream. Opaque in two coats, good formula.

Wire-less Is More

A light purple/gray base with a strong pink shimmer. Opaque in two coats, good formula.

Okay so this collection has amazing formulas! Most of these were one coaters, but I did do two coats for pictures but was really unnecessary. My favorites from this collection are; Press Pause and On Mute. The light colors are two coaters but they are really nice and creamy formulas. A wonderful collection!
