Hey guys! I'm back finally with another review! Sorry I've been gone, I started school last week and took a tiny brake to get used to my new schedule. So I'm here with the Grease Collection! I'm super excited about this collection. It's not exactly a summer collection in my opinion, but it is a great grease themed collection. This is full of gorgeous colors, and there is a shade for every season. Okay let's get swatchin'!
First up is 'Summer Lovin' Having A Blast!'. This is a bright neon orange cream. This was completely opaque in two coats and a good formula. This color is perfect for summer!
Next is 'Meet A Boy Cute As Can Be'. This a super light buttercup yellow cream. This polish was opaque in three coats. This is a perfect yellow for spring.
Next up is 'Hopelessly Devoted To OPI'. This is a light peachy pink cream. Another three coater which is expected for such a light shade. This is also really beautiful for spring.
Next is 'Was It All just A Dream?'. This is a light powder blue cream. Opaque in three coats, another beautiful spring color and I really like light blues going into summer as well.
Next up is 'Frenchie Likes To Kiss?'. This is a super light purple with a blue shimmer. The shimmer does not translate onto the nail very much but you can see it if your looking for it. This is a three coater, and the formula is a bit thinner than the others, but still builds up nicely.
Next is 'Ladies Rule The School'. This a slightly muted bubblegum pink cream. Completely opaque in two coats, good formula. I love this color for any time of the year.
Next up is 'Tell Me About It Stud'. This is a gorgeous classic red lipstick shade. This is opaque in two coats, and great formula. A classic OPI red, another any time color for me.
Next is 'Teal Me More, Teal Me More'. This is a nice dark teal shade. Absolutely gorgeous, opaque in one to two coats depending on your application. And I wore this for 24 hours and did not have any staining. I was wearing OPI's Nail Envy underneath which usually doesn't give a lot of protection from staining so this one might really not stain!!!
Next is 'Chills Are Multiplying!'. This is a dark midnight blue with a bright blue shimmer. The shimmer does translate on the nail, and is completely opaque in two coats. This color is gorgeous for winter.
Next up is 'Danny & Sandy 4 Ever!'. This is a black base packed full of gun metal micro flakes/shimmer. Completely opaque in two coats, good formula. This is a great polish for fall.
Next is 'You're The Shade That I Want'. This is a bright fuchsia cream. Opaque in two coats, good formula. And another really nice summer or fall shade.
Last up is 'Don't Cry Over Spilled Milkshakes'. This is a super light minty green almost white. This took three coats to be fully opaque, and the formula was thin but built up nicely.
Next I have the three Leather Like Finish polishes that were released along with this collection.
First is 'Rydell Forever'. This is the white polish. This is a two or three coater polish depending on how thick of a coat you do. I love the effect of of these polishes, they really look and feel like leather. Remember not to use a top coat on these or the effect will be covered up.
Next is 'Electryfyin' Pink'. This is a gorgeous bubblegum pink. Again the leather effect on these polishes are amazing!
Last up is 'Grease Is The Word'. This is the black, and my personal favorite out of the three leather polishes. The effect just looks stunning on the nails.
This collection is amazing! I love all the polishes in it and was really happy with all of them. I think some of these are repeats from past collections like the red and the pinks, but I don't mind. I can never have too many lol. And sorry I always forget to add this but I'm not using a base coat in these swatches and I'm using Out The Door top coat on all of these except for the leather like polishes.
